2nd day in Milan! :) Did Dear mention in his entry (Milan Day 1) that the hotel we stayed @ Milan was great? In some ways, it could have been the best. But my personal favourite was still to come. (Stay tuned!).
We started this day by having breakfast at the hotel.
The selection...not that fantastic actually. But it's complimentary so why not? Hee...

Our first stop: Saint Mary of the Graces ('Santa Maria delle Grazie') — Houses the famous Last Supper ('Cenacolo Vinciano') by Leonardo da Vinci.

Next stop: Castello Sforzesco. A huge and magnificent castle.

We managed to go inside the Duomo! The first day we were in shorts/berms & sandals so couldn't go in.
Wow. 
After the sight-seeing, we rushed to do our last minute shopping at Galleria Vittorio Emanuele where we got our Guccis & Pradas...:P The shopping was so unexpected! And that caused us to rushed all the way back to our hotel, packed everything & went to the train station to catch our train to Venice. Fortunately, we board it before it left. PHEW.

But we left Milan so hastily that we didn't manage to get any munchies for our train ride. :( Luckily we took extra bread from the hotel breakfast spread.
