Alright, let's dive straight into our great nite out! Oh no no no, first and foremost, I got to give a little explanation as to why this movie (see the title,duh!) is kinda special to the both of us. Almost 2 years ago, when I just got transferred to be in the same CG as Dear, he fell head over heels in love with me (wahahahaha...which, he'll most probably deny & say is I like him first...but that's not impt. LOL), & he tried to ask me out. He claimed he heard from Kel (a then CG fren), that I like watching movies, so he decided to ask me to the movies when he won a pair of free tix from some competition. Hmmmm...& that movie is Fantastic Four. Haha, but unfortunately, I already caught it with Des (my jc classmate). Hee 大 James never knew my habit of catching shows early. But honestly, I din really bother abt him asking me for a movie, coz I always feel it's fine catching a movie with an ordinary guy fren. So 2 yrs later, we finally caught the sequel tog & of coz he has me booked for all major movies. Haha. Okies, if anyone is interested to know who ended up watching the 1st FF show with him, it's none other than his then gay buddy. Haha. & the two of them were damn cute. 大 James gave a testimony during CG to say he won the tix n blessed his gay buddy by asking him to watch tog. Then the following week, the gay buddy won a pair of tix n he asked (drumroll...) 大 James to watch with him. Haha. Interesting for me to onlook then. Haha. But, the gay partnership shld cease to exist now, coz the GB is now happily attached as well! :P & the best part is - he no longer rmb he watched FF1 with 大 James & even said the show was bad. *chuckles*
Hee, now it's really gonna be about our nite. We had quite a normal dinner at Cine foodcourt. Since it was rather rush, I abandoned any thoughts of eating pastamania or Xin Wang, 2 of the list of my long-time-no-eat food. Haha. Then while waiting for Dear to reach, I thought we could just try something we never had b4 tog - Wu Xiang. We both agreed that the bee hoon isnt very nice (quite bland) & that we haven't really tasted any bad (or dunno wad's considered good) Wu Xiang to comment much on the food. So the pictures now just serve as a decoration. (the colors of the Wu Xiang is quite nice 8p) Haha.

Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer. Quite a short show. But nice overall if u dont expect too much & I simply love Jessica Alba! Haha. so pretty!
After the show, we wanted to take a pic with the FF poster wan, but couldnt find one where we cld take with it by ourselves, & while walking ard near the cinema area, I spotted Paul Twohill & Joakim Gomez (Singapore Idol 2 Contestants)! How cool is that? Haha, & the funny thing is, they just sat at a table near the escalator & no one noticed or recognised them! Haha even Dear said I was damn sharp to catch them. Lol. So we decided to do the most embarrassing thing for tonite, we went up to ask them for a picture & b4 posing, Paul actually told Dear to hold on, & he waited for some song which was playing to reach some line in the lyrics & sang out in front of us (some cool & catchy song which we dunno & cant rmb). The lady at the next table which took this pic for us also said she din even notice them there. Good camou skills. Haha. Oh, & so coincidentally I was carrying a Singapore Idol 2 paper bag (got it when we went to watch the SI2 Finals last yr) which I just took to put my A4 sized notes. & OMG, they saw. They must have thought us to be SI crazy. Nonetheless, they were super frenly & nice & the pic was well-taken. Hee. Great nite out!
