Rong Liang Ge Eating House!!! It's one of our favorite eating hangouts!Ever since Dear brought me there to eat the 剪刀咖喱饭 (scissors cut curry rice) there, I simply love it!
Simply fabul-licious! Dear and me can crave for this and purposely go all the way there to have it. Hee.We also discovered that this place has many other nice food like roasted duck/pork/char siew rice, chicken rice, wanton mee and many more. But 99% of the time we go there for the curry rice. Hee. Shall take pics of those other 美食 and show you guys next time!
How can a meal be complete without beverage? This coffeeshop's "house pour" of ice lemon tea is a good choice!
It has just the right kind of lemon-tea taste, i.e. both the lemon and tea tastes are present with the right level of sweetness. Just the kind of drink you would crave to quench your thirst and to go along with your wonderful meal.
Dear and me are rather amazed how this coffeeshop can contain so many stalls offering good food with such limited space. The very stretch of road (behind Bugis Village) where it is situated has two other coffeeshops which are bigger yet do not offer as many nice food.
After visiting this place so many times, we realised that this coffeeshop is actually the family business of a close CG friend of ours. Haha part of her name is one of the characters of the coffeeshop's name. :)
We would highly recommend this place for lotsa good food!
