Our Wedding Shots

Sheena - All the BIG things!

This is a backdated entry...it's about an outing we had the day before Dear left for Taiwan. This day, We left home rather early to go Boat Quay to take my resume photo. Haha, it's really nice of Dear to go with me. He took a really active role in ensuring that I look good in the photo. Hee. Also, it really helps that photo studios these days are providing digital services. The photographer took a series of shots and showed us on his computer. When we weren't too impressed with the shots taken, he actually took another series of shots. That certainly wouldn't be possible without the ease of digital technology! And Dear was pretty impressed with this studio my family frequents for any photo-taking purposes. I look forward to taking portraits with you Dear when we both graduate! :)

Since Boat Quay is near Raffles Place, we had to cut through the stretch near the Singapore River where we saw the Botero Bird! Haha...it's a sculpture by a Colombian neo-figurative artist, Fernando Botero, whose art works revolve around inflated forms, such as exaggerated size human figures, natural features, and objects of all kinds. Do read more about Fernando Botero! Alright, I love BIG things and I love Botero's works, esp the FAT BIRD. Hahaz. So here's some pictures with it. Hee.

We managed to walk a bit around Raffles Place area too. But it was basically a dead town in the weekends. Haha...

After which we went to service at Jurong West church...Been some time since we last been there...The service there was great! Hee... It's the place where Dear and me met. =D

Since Dear needs to go to Tiong Bahru Plaza to collect his new specs...We made a trip down and had dinner there. Guess who/what we saw there??? Hehe...

Da Ta! The Ajisen Doll!!! LOL...I love taking pictures with mascots!!! Haha...

Dear really made every opportunity to feed me well before he left for Taiwan. Hee, we went for dinner at Thai Express, think it's the first time we went there together. I guess it's coz it's so normal that we never thought it was nice. But it was still nice. Hee.

Dear in his new specs...It's matt purple! Oakley style design somemore. Haha...And the funny thing was he wore a purple shirt the day we went to make it and he wore a purple polo tee the day we went to collect it! Haha...the lady must be thinking Dear's such a purple freak...! Lol...But I think Dear looks good in purple! I love my dearest barney! 8p

Dear really made sure we spent quality and quantity time before he left for Taiwan. So appreciative of that. And for those of you who didn't know, Dear's training was extended by another week and so he'll be back tmr. Can't wait!
