Sheena - Airport's Tong Shui Cafe

It's a pure food entry this time. Haha, wanna make it as chronological as possible. It was after service one day, when Dear wanted to go out and study straight after service and lunch. So we went Airport with my Erjie. It's kinda convenient to go Airport for lunch regardless whether we drive or take mrt. So it's my no 1 place for lunch after service. N it won't be super crowded like most other nearby places. There's quite a lot of nice food there.

This day we decided that we were too sian of fastfood and foodcourt food, so we went to try Tong Shui Cafe (TSC). It's one of the whole long chain of restaurants that juz opened at T2. We kinda like the food and ambience there. Oh btw, it's a hk cafe. Haha. I know of two other outlets along Liang Seah Street and opposite Great World City.


Don't u think this section looks very cheena? Haha. But quite nice hor? We didn't sit there lar. We sat at the open area.

Hehe, we tried the usual ice HK milk tea and Yin Yang. I love the Yin Yang leh. I think it's the best Yin Yang i hv so far from all the different HK cafes. Mainly coz it's very sweet. Hahahahaha. Masked the bittle coffee taste.


Erjie's chicken chop rice. Looks like nasi lemak hor? Haha. But she said it's quite nice.


Dear's soup nissin noodles, can't rmb what exactly were the ingredients. But he said not nice, not much taste. When u try new places n food, u run a risk of being dissatisfied.


That's what I had. But I can't really rmb what it actually was leh. Haha, STM liaoz! I know it's dried HK noodles with this dried mango prawn thingy. But dunno if it was nissin noodles, anyway I don't think got dry nissin noodles in HK cafes rite? Haha. Nonetheless, I rmb mine was very nice! I loved my food. Haha. N I realised all their main course got an egg wan. Haha.


Erjie's n my main course got include this soup with a goldfish dumpling inside. Haha. I thought it tastes not bad but I don't exactly know what it is made of. Haha. What u dunno, won't hurt u? Hahaha. Still rmb last time my dad boiled some soup that had something that we were super grossed out by, can't rmb what it was, but we all liked the soup's taste at 1st. Haha.

Thanks Dear for this lunch treat! I know my Dear loves to treat whenever he can. He's a super giving man! :) He left earlier to go bedok lib to study while I hanged ard a little longer with Erjie. I know he wants me to spend more time with my sis too. So thoughtful rite? Haha. Dear, u shld spend more time talking to ur sis when u can too! :)
