Sheena - Ho Family's Trip to the Zoo!

Last sunday, Dear accompanied my family and me to the Zoo! Hehe. I remember when we first got together, that December holidays, we made so many plans! And Zoo was part of the list...But unfortunately we did not get down to going there till recently. My Dajie got free tickets for my whole family. It was actually a get-together to celebrate Baby Claire and my belated birthdays. But it became a day of activiy instead. And I have yet to blow/cut any proper birthday cake this year. Well, it's long over. Haha. I'll wait for next year!

We set off for our Zoo trip at about 7ish am...We went to buy MacDonald breakfast and Q Bread and met my Dajie's family at the Zoo. After breakfast, we all went on excitedly to see the animals! *SO many animals...SET them FREE!*

We started off by taking some pics near the entrance. Hehe.

We just followed the tracks and the two boys led all of us to some tiger trail. Saw this cute backdrop along the way.
And we saw the white tiger. Haha. One of the more beautiful animals we managed to catch that day.

As well as a tank...Haha...Dear loves take pics like that...He's a natural...

We saw this Ethiopian deco and Erjie and KS told us to take a pic here! Nice!

We had to rush to the animal show place and guess what I saw at the entrance? Haha This majestic bird. I simply love it. Think it likes to show off, kept flapping its wings. Haha.
And I managed to grab a pic with Baby Claire...! Hee...but she didn't seem interested in pic with me. :( I hope my next pic with her, she'll look into the camera and smile happily...like San Yee, me! Hee
After the animal show, Dear and me went off on our own a while to catch the elephant show! hahaha...I love elephants too! Haha...

Dear says that there's 4 elephants in the pic...Hmmm I only see 3...Hahahaha...

Soon, it was time to leave...but we took some pictures at the Zoo shop too!
Dear seems to love this snake a lot...Haha...reminds us of the Ikea snake...

Though we didn't manage to take a complete family picture at the Zoo, this was the closest - with two boys, my parents, Dear & me...surrounding the Ben & Jerry's cow...I'm beginning to love B&J more and more! Hope some day we can go there again to take a complete family picture.

We left the Zoo for Tampines Ikea for lunch. It was a super long drive where we kept getting lost. Kaishian drove Erjie, Dear and me...Erjie was busy looking out for road signs, Dear too was flipping the map furiously...while I was basically stoning from the fatigue. Haha.

Here was our feast for the day! Haha...
It was a nice time of food and fun at Ikea. The two boys just can't sit still throughout...Hehe...

When it was time to go...they even posed for my camera...Hehe my handsome nephews! :)
